Smokin’ Hot Pimento Cheese

Shopping List

  • 2 cups sharp chedder, grated 8 oz.
  • 1/2 cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup pimento peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Smokin Hot Sauce
  • 1 small jalapeno diced
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients until well blended
  2. Put into refrigerator immediately and chill to let flavors marinate.
