Smoked Paprika Mayo

Shopping List

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 qt vegetable oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients except the oil
  2. Once incorporated, slowly drizzle in the oil, 1 cup at a time
  3. Once all the oil is in and the mayo is emulsified, taste
  4. Adjust seasonings
