Italian Stuffed Pork Chop

Shopping List

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Slice deep pocket in each chop.
  • Stuff with tomatoes, spinach, and mozzarella.
  • Season with Italian.
  • Sear on both sides and finish in the oven.
