For each ice cream sandwich:
- 2 cookies (your favorite kind), from the Ingles Bakery
- 1 scoop of Ingles Best ice cream (your favorite flavor)
- Sprinkles or chopped nuts, for garnish
- Place one cookie on surface, bottom side up.
- Top with a scoop of ice cream.
- Put another cookie on top of the ice cream scoop and press firmly together.
- Roll ice cream sandwich in sprinkles or chopped nuts to coat the ice cream.
- Place each cookie in the freezer as you prepare more.
