Shopping List
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 ½ tsp dijon mustard
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp drained capers
- 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
- Break apart, wash, and dry the romaine lettuce.
- Break the leaves up into smaller pieces.
- Add the vinegar, mustard. Whish in the olive oil, capers, and blue cheese.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
