Bunny Wrap + Gourmet PB&J

Shopping List

  • 2 collard green leaves (You can also try kale and swiss chard in place of collards.)
  • 4 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Gourmet Peanut Butter (or substitute with Betsy’s Best Almond or Seed Butter)
  • 4 bananas
  • blackberry fruit preserve
  • mint
  • fresh blackberries
  • Whole Grain Bread

Instructions

  1. De-stem greens.
  2. Spread Betsy’s Best evenly to coat leaf.
  3. Place banana at one end of leaf and roll to the other end.
  4. Seal with a dab of Betsy’s Best.
  5. Slice the peanut butter bunny wrap like sushi for a great appetizer and bite size portions.
