- 2 collard green leaves (You can also try kale and swiss chard in place of collards.)
- 4 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Gourmet Peanut Butter (or substitute with Betsy’s Best Almond or Seed Butter)
- 4 bananas
- blackberry fruit preserve
- fresh blackberries
- Whole Grain Bread
- De-stem greens.
- Spread Betsy’s Best evenly to coat leaf.
- Place banana at one end of leaf and roll to the other end.
- Seal with a dab of Betsy’s Best.
- Slice the peanut butter bunny wrap like sushi for a great appetizer and bite size portions.
