Bucatini Pasta with Goat Cheese Sauce

Shopping List

  • 1 lb bucatini pasta
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp roasted red peppers
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Saute garlic in olive oil, deglaze with white wine and reduce.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
